You're probably familiar with the basic tenets of customer service, but the idea of translating these to a trade show environment might throw you for a loop.
At the end of the day, service is service no matter the setting. Be pleasant and helpful to a trade show attendee just as you would be to a customer who walks into your brick-and-mortar location, calls your company on the phone, sends you an email or leaves a comment on one of your social networking pages.
Providing great service is a good way to set yourself apart from the competition at trade shows just as it is everywhere else.
