Pilbeam, who has spent the majority of his career at the British Airways group, is a specialist in growth strategy and the events falling under his remit include the International Luxury Travel Market portfolio, IBTM Events, and the World Travel Market portfolio.
Most recently Pilbeam was at Avios, the air miles loyalty programme, accountable for the entry and global growth strategies into new markets and new partners.
