WASHINGTON, D.C. (February 19, 2014) – Hargrove, Inc., an award-winning general contractor for national trade shows, full-service events, and custom and rental exhibits, started 2014 by securing new and repeat business commitments for a wide range of clients who require a diverse mix of event, trade show and exhibit solutions.
For the first time, Hargrove will execute the Association of American Geographers Annual Meetings in both 2014 and 2015, with the potential of continuing the partnership through 2016. The 2014 annual meeting will be held April 9-11, 2014 in Tampa, FL. Another new contract Hargrove has been awarded is for Restore America’s Estuaries for its Seventh National Summit on Coastal and Estuarine Restoration. This summit takes place November 2-5, 2014 at the Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center in the National Harbor in Maryland.
Additional new business includes: the Video Gamers United Trade Show & Conference, which will incorporate 300 exhibits, on August 16-17, 2014 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC, the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) Annual Conference and Exhibitor Showcase for 2014, 2015 and 2016, with this year’s conference on June 8-11, 2014 at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, NV, and the Polaris Spring Dealer Meeting on March 1-4, 2014 at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. Not only will Hargrove provide show services for the Polaris Spring Dealer Meeting, but it will also once again support the Polaris Summer Sales Meeting on July 27-30, 2014 at the Minneapolis Convention Center in Minneapolis, MN.

In addition to these new business wins, Hargrove continues to maintain strong relationships and partnerships with many of its current clients, many of which are some of DC’s most prestigious and popular events. Hargrove will once again provide general contracting and event services for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC)’s Policy Conference. Hargrove has worked on the project for more than fifteen years and the 2014 event will be held March 2-4, 2014 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC.
It will also be Hargrove’s third year providing stage sets, backdrops, banners and props for the 2014 Cherry Blossom Opening Ceremony, which kicks off the National Cherry Blossom Festival. The Opening Ceremony takes place on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at the Warner Theater in Washington, D.C. Both of these events are on Bizbash Magazine’s top 100 events in the Washington, DC area for 2013.
The Washington Nationals Park-Ballpark Enterprises also once again selected Hargrove to provide event services for NatsFest 2014. This was Hargrove’s fourth year supporting this baseball festival held on Saturday, January 25 at the Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center in the National Harbor in Maryland.
Rounding out a busy January, Hargrove has secured multiple new business contracts for exhibit programs to include a national exhibit program for Facebook, an exhibit for the Trump Hotel Collection as well as for MTN Government Services Division, Diamond Resorts and Sidra Medical and Research Center.
